How long does the first consultation take?
You will firstly speak to a member fo our team who can advise you briefly over the phone. They will then book in a time and date for your first consultation. This usually takes around 2 hours.
What happens after the initial Consultation
Your allocated Practitioner will create a strategic plan based on the details of areas of improvement. They will then send you a copy of this report and visit you again onsite.
How do we receive a GOOD CQC rating?
We will ensure that by the time we have worked through the strategic plan you will have achieved a GOOD or OUTSTANDING CQC rating. Using pre inspection audits we can recreate a full inspection and then iron out any areas requiring improvement.
